One of our Upstate New York Synod beliefs is that we are resurrection people who pray first, walk together, and change lives. As a result, Hope Lutheran has partnered with St. Pauly Textile which provides a well-built and attractive shed to collect usable clothing for distribution throughout New York State and the world. There is an enormous global need for used clothing (85% gets thrown away), so we are happy to facilitate a positive connection with our immediate community in recycling used clothing and the needs of the world’s population. Our shed can be found in the northeast corner of our parking lot with clear directions on what is and what is not accepted, how to package materials, and receipts for your donations.
